Welcome to SrceČuvar ("Heart Guardian"). By accessing or using our website, applications, or tele-health guardian platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Tele-Health & Medical Disclaimer

SrceČuvar is a supportive tele-health telemetry and family guardian monitoring tool engineered to assist families in tracking remote health metrics. SrceČuvar is NOT a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, emergency medical dispatch, or hospital-grade medical devices.

In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, always dial your local emergency services (e.g. 194 in Serbia, 112 in Europe, 911 in USA) or proceed directly to an emergency medical facility.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate emergency contact details and keep your 4-digit Family Access PIN secure. You are responsible for ensuring that connected smart devices (smartbands/watch trackers) remain powered and synchronized with Google Health Connect.

3. Intellectual Property & Tribute Dedicated Purpose

SrceČuvar and its Yugoslav Brutalist Spomenik design language are dedicated to honoring family protection. All software, graphics, and architectural assets are protected under applicable intellectual property and open-source license agreements.

4. Termination & Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous 24/7 cloud availability. However, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by third-party internet providers, Google API outages, or hardware connectivity failures.
